100% British designed and manufactured, ENVIROWEIGH provides an unrivalled level of weighing accuracy, to 0.5% or better, and can be used for pay-for-weight services. The vehicles were also equipped with VWS LOADWEIGH-CAN on-board weighing.

During the past two years VWS has supplied and installed its on-board weighing equipment to refuse vehicles across the local authority areas of Coleraine, Derry, Craigavon, Newry & Mourne, Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Omagh.

The six vehicles, all Dennis Olympus with Terberg OmniDE bin lifts, have now been delivered to the Authority. To ensure a smooth hand-over VWS invited Manvik engineers over to its installation workshops in Chesterfield for full training.  VWS is also providing a complete set of all spares to Manvik.
