Local Firm's 'Pink' Charity Day Raises £700

The Directors agreed to match the funds raised on the day so an amazing total of £700 was achieved.
Staff cooked, baked cakes and brought in pizza for a festive lunch, and there were prizes for the best pink outfits as well as games like ‘Guess the Number of smarties in the jar’.
Julian Glasspole, Managing Director, VWS, said: “Everyone had a great time raising the money. The staff at the Royal Berkshire Cancer Centre do a fantastic job and we hope that these funds mean they can help even more people suffering from cancer.”
