With its manufacturing base in Reading, service hub in Oldham and new extensive installation workshops in Chesterfield, VWS provides a complete onboard vehicle weighing service; from small vans right through to large waste and articulated vehilcles.

Probably the most important requirement is the need for a tough weatherproofed system. To achieve this, VWS engineers worked closely with truck builders to develop class-leading electronics, which is designed and manufactured in the UK specifically for the job.

VWS weighing loadcells and electronics are designed and manufactured in the UK to BS ISO9001 and are highly regarded internationally for accuracy and reliability. It is a member of the Applied Weighing Group, an industrial weighing manufacture celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2010.
